1.2. To secure a reservation, a deposit specified by Mayan Travel Tours must be made. The reservation will be considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.

2. Prices and Variations

2.1. The prices published on our website or provided in quotes are approximate and may vary. Final prices will be confirmed at the time of booking and may be subject to adjustments.

3. Modifications and Cancellations

3.1. Mayan Travel Tours reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a reservation in the event of adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, appropriate alternatives will be offered, and rescheduling will be attempted whenever possible.
3.2. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the applicable cancellation policies established by Mayan Travel Tours will apply. Please review our cancellation policies before making a reservation.
3.3. Mayan Travel Tours also reserves the right to modify the itinerary or navigation route due to adverse weather conditions or safety considerations.

4. Passenger Conduct

4.1. Clients are responsible for behaving appropriately and respectfully during the yacht experience. Passengers are expected to act responsibly and avoid excessive alcohol consumption.
4.2. Mayan Travel Tours reserves the right to stop or cancel an experience in case of passenger misconduct, including situations where a crew member becomes intoxicated.
4.3. Justification for stopping or canceling an experience due to inappropriate behavior or intoxication includes passenger and crew safety, as intoxicated passengers could slip, vomit, injure others, or endanger themselves by leaving the yacht — potentially resulting in drowning or encounters with dangerous marine life.

5. Quote Cancellations

5.1. If a client decides to cancel a quote before making a deposit or full payment, no charges will apply, and the client may request a new quote in the future.
5.2. If a deposit or full payment has already been made and the client decides to cancel, Mayan Travel Tours will retain the deposit amount as compensation. However, if the client contacts a company representative, rescheduling options may be considered instead of cancellation.

6. Disembarkation at Other Docks

6.1. If passengers wish to disembark at a dock different from the starting point, additional fees may apply. These charges are determined by third parties and are not included in the yacht rental rate.

7. Website Photos and Content

7.1. The photographs and related content of our yachts displayed on the Mayan Travel Tours website are representative and may vary depending on the yacht’s availability and configuration at the time of booking.

8. Authorization for Image Use

8.1. By using Mayan Travel Tours services, clients authorize the company to use images or photographs taken during their yacht experience for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes. Clients understand that these images may be used in print, online, or other media to promote Mayan Travel Tours services.

9. Promotions and Discounts

13. Age and Health Restrictions

13.1. Some yacht experiences may have specific age or health restrictions. Clients are responsible for informing Mayan Travel Tours of any medical condition or restriction that may affect their participation.
